Question, did you borrow that fish from JB?
On subject, I think the only person who suffered more as the media target was Al Gore. "When I invented the Internet" Did Al Gore Really say that? I tried to define "stupid" as relative to IQ in the opening post. This is not about the use of the word stupid, but whether or not the President is intellectually challenged. PC enough?

I believe that words are important despite my inability to define stupid. When someone says, or I read, that the President is stupid, that leads me to discount all that is said after that point. Ya know, what words shoud I treat literally and which words should I discard?Originally posted by azfyrfyter63:
Stupid and intelligence.... not always the same thing. Which are we trying to clarify here?

I would say that he rarely comes across well. I still wonder how such a poor speaker (he has had a few moments) made it in politics in the first place. Must be something about his policies then. Certainly can't be his crowd appeal . . .Originally posted by tommays:
i dont think he come across well in his public speaking many times
