I haven't made the progress I had hoped, but I guess small steps are ok too. I think this boat may have gotten up close and personal with an unseen rock at one time. I haven't gotten to the leak test yet, but already know there is some water coming through the repair done in the picture just from hosing her out. What's the best way to tackle this old repair? I'll try to get an exterior shot of it tomorrow.

It is a 1959 Newport as near as I can tell. There is no serial number on the boat...only the discolored spot where the tag once was. The hull seems really solid, although I haven't checked for leaks yet. Anyone got any design plans for a cradle?
