Ya Pony... like about 5 -6 years ago pre-VEGA. Those VEGA picture tubes are the reason for your weight. I got out of retail just as Sony introduced the VEGA series.

Yup those vega tubes have an insane amount of glass.......but they sure have a nice picture. especially the new digital ones.
