does anyone have diagrams of cable pulley steering systems I have a 61' 14ft starcraft that has a cable pulley system that was not strung when I bought it and my first attempt failed so looking for help, tips, pointers what ever. thanks

Go to the Boats Forum and then search for cable and pulley steering. Several threads there answer your question. Check all the hardware, make sure the pulleys are through-bolted, not just screwed into something, and use plastic coated braided cable that will fit in the pulley grooves...don't use just rope.
