I tried to remove engine from boat. But I failed to remove the three cables on the top. I do not want to damage my engine. Could anybody tell me what i should do step by step?

remove the nuts holding the cables in place, move cables to a safe location, remove fuel line, electrical cables, remove front and rear mounts, remove the outdrive,
remove the engine

Remove split pin #1. Remove nut #2. Remove 'lower shift cable'.
Remove split pin on the bottom of clevis pin #3, remove clevis pin. Remove nut #4. Remove 'remote control cable'.
Remove nut #5. Remove nut #6. Remove 'throttle cable'.

I think it's approximately 580 lbs with manifolds attached etc.
You've disconnected the drive already?

That's about 300kg... (I know you're in Europe and don't use antiquated units of measure, like the USA;))

Thank Chris. I did it according to your guide. How can I know what function it is for three cable. I have marked the cable with No.1 and No 2 and No 3. Hope I will not make them back with wrong cable.

What serial number are you putting in? (It worked for me perfectly.)

Try 0C397712, as printed on the serial number label. (That leading 0 is very important, and it is the number 'zero', not the letter O)
