Will start from the inside then and work out thanks you.I wouldn't so much about the keel issues yet. It all begins with a total rehab meaning remove floor, stringers etc. Keel is last part of the fix.
Probably remove cap and set boat in a cradle.
I'd say its gonna get pretty ugly. Is the motor in good working condition? thats where you will save a lot of money. Be sure you check the transom to. But was left out for years with no cover and previous owners used the boat while it had the crack so I'm planing for the worst
