You are not able to receive Private Messages so I wanted to reply to your inquiry:
To post a new thread, go to the forum you want to post to; in the upper left corner of the thread list, there is a button that says "post new thread", push that button and a dialogue box will open. Type in a title in the title box, then type your post in the message box. To add photos, copy the img code from your hosting site (like photobucket) and paste it into the body of the text.
