Re: Here's a candidate the left must love

Check out this current Newsweek poll, seems if the vote were today, the only Republican that has a chance against any Dem is Giuliani, and that is if the opponent is Clinton.

When you look at the key issues, there’s not a dimes worth of difference between the two.

I’m sure that you have your fingers crossed that Giuliani does not get the Republican nomination, as I have my fingers crossed against Clinton getting the Democratic nomination.

Of course I would hoist a couple, with a big grin on my mug, if the Republicans nominate Newt, or Thompson.;)

Thanks to George W Bush, there isn't a Republican on Planet Earth that has a snowball's chance in heck of winning the Presidency this time around. I haven't a clue why any of them even try. They're just deluding themselves and damaging their political careers in their hopeless attempts. Every single one of them. If this Gravel wacko were the only Democrat running against the best of them, he would win in a landslide. Dubya has poisoned the Republican party for years to come. I used to be a McCain fan, but he's really turned out to be a Weenie lately. That little ditty he did sealed his fate forever. You just know that the left will run that soundbite to death. Same as Bush Sr.'s "Read my lips." Stick him with a fork, cuz he's done.

I agree, the United States is primed and ready for socialists and communists. The nanny state has borne fruit.

Please Plainsman, let them live the fantasy. Socialists = undefeatable, American citizens - minds full of mush.

I didn?t, know that Newsweek was biased, what poll would you prefer that isn?t on your biased list? And while your digging show me the proof that Newsweek is in anyway biased. I don?t know how any company, that is a branch of the 534 largest publicly traded company in the country, could be biased against there own stockholders.

I asked this
<<I didn?t, know that Newsweek was biased, what poll would you prefer that isn?t on your biased list? >>

I got these three right wing web sites, none of them had any kind of poll that I could find. Here Is what the first one had on the provide link.Note the date.

<< Sunday, July 18, 2004 12:50 a.m. EDT
Newsweek Big: Media Bias Worth 15 Points for Kerry-Edwards>>

http://www.newsmax.com/archives/ic/2004/7/18/125224.shtml

here is the quote form the second link provided,<< Evan Thomas of Newsweek was one of the few journalists who admitted that the mainstream media wanted John Kerry to win.>>
Still raggin on Kerry, not a sign of a poll.

I think I have found out the reason Eric has a hardn against Newsweek, it must be because of the third link .It seems that there sole purpose in life is and this is a quote from there site
<< the leader in documenting, exposing and neutralizing liberal media bias>>.Not any kind of news organization, finding loopholes for right wingers in legitimate news.

Here Eric hope you enjoy, have a big slug, on me.

I'm sorry that you can't see the Thomas admits to being biased.
