I have a multi tool. Maybe my choice of blades is incorrect. Any suggestions?
I use the rounded japanese saw attachment to cut and the flat blade to separate wood from hull skin.

What tool is used on this planet to get the good wood and glass out of the bottom of the transom.[
Start reading from here.
-Multi-tool to cut the skin around the perimeter. I like the squared-off cheap blades from Amazon.
-Chisels, screwdrivers, and pry bars to peel off the inner fiberglass skin.
-Circular saw to cut most of the way through the transom wood and make smaller chunks that are easier to knock out.
-Chisels, screwdrivers, and pry bars to peel off the old plywood.
-Belt sander to get remnants of wood off of the outer fiberglass skin.

These work great for finishing off. The hard version called Spira cut grind really well to get the rough knocked down.1647469846229.png
