Help with old steel pontoon houseboat!

Need help and ideas for 45 foot long steel pontoon 3 foot around. Very old and shot. Put 16 8 foot by 4 foot encapsulated under between toons just to keep floating. 45x20 2 story home built cabin that needs some love. Thanks in advance

Replace pontoons with more floaty stuff and use the cabin as a floating and non-moving cabin.
