A met a cop a few years back with a nice 28' or so twin screw named 'Crime Pays'

My neighbor, last name Hardy couldn't resist 'Party Hardy'

I had a 14' Valco that we used to run down the beach from our camp to this little bar in Baja called The Barefoot Bar, so I named it 'The Barefoot Express'

saw a 85 ft floating palace named Spenderella, a friend has a riverboat named Dances With Humpys (humpys are pink salmon in spawning season) we named our boat Starlight because we love to sit on deck under the stars when at anchor

My wife was in Seatle watching a BAB leaving the harbor w/ the name
"WHITE TRASH". Since we are in the garbage business, I thought that would be appropriate for our 21' Chaparral Sunesta. I have friend with a little cuddy named "SHIP FACED".

My wife is a doctor, so we named ours "Dr.DoLittle" because when she is on the boat, well, she basically does little!

My father in law is on his 4th "Almost There", currently he has a 40 foot Rinker, his lifetimes dream is a 50 foot boat, so 10 feet away...his business pulled in lots-o-money last year so he might go from "almost there" to "we've arrived" very soon!

My Dad always named our boats after my Mom sooo...

(My wife) is arched across the center of our transom in black script.
The fact we fly a pirate flag and have skull and crossbones on the side makes it sound even better.
Its PO named it play it by ear, I never liked it so we re-cristened it.

I built me own 21' aluminum fishing/cruising boat. At the time I had my wife, 3 teenage daughters and a teenaged niece living at home. After work when the inevitable cat fights started, I just went out and worked on the boat. The boat was christened with the name:

HASSLE was my father in law's boat, initials from all the family and the dog

Comfortably Numb is my 21' Sea Ray bow rider that lives on a lake

Momentary Lapse of Reason was my not long lived 70+ mph bass boat

THISTLE DOO is on the name of my 18' Grumman I/O that is yet to be renamed

a buddy had a 21' bell boy with yellow interior that we called
"THE SHORT BUS" for my 22' its a toss between OBCENITY or
THE BAD IDEA, that name is borrowed from commercial truck
i used to drive so it means something to those that know me

We just got the SeaRay this summer, the PO named it "YKnot".

We're changing the name this spring to "Other Plans"...when someone asks us to do something in the summer we'll say, we would love to...but we have Other Plans...

I'm from Milford Maine, which nearly the entire township is Sunkhaze Stream, flowing through Sunkhaze Meadows...

Many years ago, I was given a 61, 14', Glastron Jet-Flite,... It was rated for 60hp...
I immediately bolted on a Merc. 80hp...
1st trip out, a good Bud with me, was sittin' on the seatback, instead of the seat,...
A couple hundred feet from the launch,... I Nailed it,... Tom went over backwards Screaming Yawhoooo,... We Gone... It stuck....

A few years later,... I bought a 67 copy of the same hull,....
Bolted a 135hp Merc Tower of Power on that 1,....
That 1 became, 006, Licence to Thrill...
'cause not only is my last name Bond, my SS# starts out with 006,...
And,... it surely was a Thrill of a ride,.....

Our 3270 Bayliner is named Time Well Wasted, when we sell it I may change Northern Lights name. A friend who is a prison guard named his Prison Break.
