Looking good Zool !
I need to replace the motor on my table saw .. It went out a good while back . Need to get off my rear and fix it ..

Alot of times the motor is more than the saw is worth....I thought I had to replace this motor, but i think the blade was just warped and binding.....the Ryobi was smoking..so I know thats gone :D

Update:

Made some more progress today, I set the center bench supports into place and made a bunch of small cleats to temporarily hold things in place til I could start pb'ing them in.

Then I fabricated the rear supports.

Thanks Guys,

The 2 rear seats will be wet areas with a flip up seat cover...so i added limber holes at the transom. I also had to loosely place the lower inner transom plank now, so it could be one solid length.

Im routing the edges of the planks to give it s defined plank look. just used a round over bit.

Thanks guys, at this point, im just making it up as I go along..and making some changes to the original plan.

One change I'm planning is to change the white color, the Rustoleum white is just too stark. Im probably gonna go with Oyster White, they have it in the Rustoleum marine line.

Anyways, I went out there today and removed all the cleats, and pb'd the remaining seams, and let that set up.

Then I started fitting some of the trim boards to see how they mock up.

I took a 1x4 oak board and notched it to fit over the hull edge.

Then I rounded over the top lengthwise. This board will serve as a termination point for the inwales, as well as a grab rail and to keep water from pouring in from the bow.

I also rounded over the edges, needs a bit more sanding, but its almost there.

y4mtGstaPk8cgQ8b5DLLDAOD1LbSP7kI1_BO7KP7O8C6BKzHY-8JKyWXJ60bHVvWZypKjsz4ZUt4FU4nFwysYf9jfQxB7liCBX-ZtIuuE3A9azpLa3P1RUM3S4meN5QacHHrFlwRraDcyNAAO8GCNzFkGUk2hNSJreSytwxLwa3yJFCi6CAE5mR4ckHA4-G6cWQcOEqoHMuHvf6UEMHwCI3gw

I then took some 1/4 oak and set it on top of the gunnel and traced the shape from underneath. I cut it a little wide so I can use the belt sander and level it to the hull edge. Then in 1/4 inner inwale piece can butt up against it flush, and be camped and glued along with the out wale board. Between the inner inwale and outer inwale, will be 3/4 spacer blocks about 4" long each. (have to do some math on the exact size of the spacers to net out to 0).

Here you can see my wavey cut with the jig saw ;)

And they will terminate to the new mid board.

Im leaning towards Black Cherry stain and high gloss varnish...Will compliment the green hull and off white.
