The whole problem is that Kerry would have gone to Florida, fought Frances for an insufficient and insignificant amount of time. Upon his return, he would recieve accolades for the heroic actions he took, but then would disavow any legitimacy to the fight that he participated in, indicting the entire United States for the criminal activity that took place in persecuting this innocent storm for a non-existent benifit to the country. Then, years later, he would reconsider his position, and claim the accolades and hero status, and stand proudly in front of the country, bragging about it.
