Gas Leak

I have a 2008 Tahoe Q6 4.3 with a Gas Leak I filled the tank and when i arrived at storage 4 miles away strong odor of gas. I found gas running out drain and the bilge puddled in the engine compartment all hoses and seal @ sending unit are good so have to assume it is the tank!
Anyone else have this issue and if so how do you replace the tank without Cutting the boat in half!? The only access to the tank is approx 8 inches x 30 inches, balance of 45 gallon tank is fiber glassed/molded into the boat!
From everything i can see it is on the bottom or rear of the tank and coming out under it!
Any help would be greatly appreciated
