$1900 and no trailer? Smells like someone bought a trailer and a junk boat to me and now needs to dump the I/O powered boat.

Repairable Warrior 1993 177 falcon side console. Boat was damaged significantly during a wind storm a few weeks ago. I have been told this boat is repairable to be as good as new but will cost a few thousand dollars. If you have the skills or know someone who does this could be a great way to get an awesome boat and save a few thousand dollars. Motor is a 1994 Johnson fast strike 150 hp V6, this is an awesome motor, has excellent hole shot and pushed this boat at top end 51 mph. Motor value is $2900.00, Hood of motor was damaged on boat lift, technically wouldn't need to replace, but it does have a hole knocked in the back corner of the motor cover. Warrior all roller trailer value $1000.00, Asking $4500.00 or best reasonable offer, for boat motor and trailer, this is definitely a project, but for the right person, this is a great way to get a great boat and save a lot of money if you have the skills needed. This is an awesome rig for both small and big waters. Boat took in a lot of sand/water, most has been cleaned up, but will need to clean out live well lines etc. I am the 2nd owner of this boat and motor, it has been awesome, but obviously is going to take a significant amount of time and work, Passenger side has the most significant damage, Gunnel rail cut completely through and down below rub rail, this is where the bulk of the necessary repairs need to be done. there is a softball size hole above the rub rail on front of boat and misc different areas rubbed that also need to be repaired. I can be reached on my cell if you would like to come and see it, 612-716-0866, Thanks Jeff.

Looks like an easy fix! I like the emphasis on sand and water in the livewell tubes but no mention of it in the motor, gas tank etc.

that is a horrible deal, but for the right right price i would pick er up. the damage from the pictures would be too easy to fix. 150 bucks in 18oz and some resin you would be good to go, wouldnt be pretty though lol!:D

People will do anything to get rid of a boat before going to the dump. Why did this guy bye it to begin with?

Hey, at least he's not trying to get $500 for it.

I subscribe to FreeCycle and often before I go to the dump I'll take a pick and post on kijiji also to see if anyone wants for it free....its amazing what people will come by and pick up for various reasons.

Ain't that the truth. I had the rusty old wheels/tires from my trailer. I tried to put them out for the trash and the trash men wouldn't take them. Left a note saying the tires must be separated from the wheels. Yeah right, I'll just get out my tire breaking machine and get right on that. Anyway, I put them for free on CL and said they were old and cracking but had a fair amount of tread and would be fine for someone who maybe needed to move trailer a short distance. They were gone in a day.

It's a nice trailer for $100 though. It's too bad some of that stuff gets neglected, it looks like it WAS a pretty nice boat.

Heres one:

http://rochester.craigslist.org/boa/2012975666.html

"The engine doesn't run because the boat sat outside for 10 years most of which it was not properly covered. Thus the interior of the boat is also no good. However, other then that its in good shape "

I like that he lists:
- motor doesn't work
- interior is shot
- trailer rollers are shot
- trailer tires are shot
"....other than that its in good shape."

Well then, let me get my cheque book.

But sometimes free is too cheap!

I remember one of Paul Harvey's "Rest of the Story" from a few years back where someone bought a new refrigerator. The old one still worked and the guy thought he'd be nice and give it away to someone who needed it. He set it up by the curb with a sign "Works good, free for the taking". It sat there, at a fairly major intersection with lots of traffic, for a couple of weeks with no takers. He decided maybe it's too cheap and put on a different sign, "Works good, 50 bucks".

That night someone stole it.
LOL!!!!
