That $40 he's trying to save now will end up costing him about $500 on the sale price. Hey look at the bright side, it makes it easier for guys like us to sell boats.

I guess I don't under stand auctions. Both ads (He's re-listed) say No Reserve, yet the starting price is $2600.

On the Worst Boat Ever - The seller must have low expectations. He should look through a few ads to see far worse. His doesn't even rate an honorable mention as Worst Boat.

135 bored to a 200?? Okay, so the motor is a short term runner. At least he recognizes the fact that the transom is bad. I would hate to see it fail at 70mph..But 2000 for a Carlson? Hmmmm..... I like.

A deal at $2000 ~~~ even at $2 it is a deal for the seller. Weak transom indicates the stringers are gone too.

I saw that one the other day and almost posted it. Why do people do these super custom personal builds just to sell?

This boat has been up every other day for about 2 months. If he would even pull it out of the weeds and onto the yard he'd get somewhere. Look at the last picture of the floor and go back to his comment about carpet. Love his suggestion to fis the soft spot on the transom, too. May as well call in the SAR before you leave the pier!

19 ft. Boat, 90 hp Motor and Trailer for sale

19 ft. Boat, 90 hp Motor and Trailer for sale - $1200 (kitty hawk, nc)

19 ft. bowrider, 90 horsepower Mercury Outboard Motor, and Trailer. VHF radio, compass. Runs excellent. The floor seems solid, however the carpet could use replacing, but not necessary to enjoy a day fishing. The transom has a soft spot at the top, but a fiberglass square 3 inch tube approx. 3 ft. long has been installed and braces the transom.

****I have been offered trades, cash (at a great deal lower than asking price) etc. Let me tell you first off, I am only selling the boat because I can't get out and enjoy it like I have, I am not trying to make a killing off of it, it is worth more than the asking price. I am not in desperate need of money, so I will hold it until I get the price I am asking or I will keep it. Simple as that. I was hoping to sell it to someone that wants to enjoy it as much as I did.
