This is not a boat ad. While speaking of Best of CL I looked at it hear on the Chicago CL and this one popped up from Baltimore. While reading it aloud to my wife she nearly had to request the posters services as I nearly asphixiated (S?) myself from laughing too hard to breathe.

Without further adeaux:

Dont stuff grandma in the freezer!

By now youve probably heard about the Glen Burnie family that stored their 83-year-old grandmothers dead body in a freezer: http://www.baltimoresun.com/news/maryland/anne-arundel/bal-md.ar.freezer15jul15,0,168200.story. It turns out that no law was broken.

Yep, dumping a body is legal around here. Health care workers and other professionals are required to report deaths, but ordinary citizens are not. And, apparently, no state law prohibits the burial or storage of a body on private property.

Im a laid-off Baltimore-area homeowner. After ten months of unemployment, and the future looking even more grim, Im willing to consider allowing my backyard to be used for body dumping. Call it private burial if you prefer.

I could probably take a half-dozen bodies without arousing the attention of neighbors. It wouldnt hurt to have one under the garden too.

Me: A discreet Baltimore County homeowner with a half-acre of easily tillable property on a quiet dead-end street.

You: An individual (not a health care worker or other professional required to report a death!) with the awkward inconvenience of disposing of a deceased relative, friend, colleague or acquaintance.

You must provide your own trash bags, tarp, quicklime, shovel, etc. I might be available to hold a flashlight, but I wont do any heavy lifting.

Accidental deaths or natural causes only. Im not going to get involved in any shenanigans with Omar wannabes. I will not be a participant in, or an accessory to, any sort of crime.

This is a limited time offer! Act now before the state legislature changes the law! If and when the law changes (measures failed 10 years ago, after the 1999 incident), youll be grandfathered, literally and figuratively.

Price is negotiable. Serious inquiries only.

last week he had it for $32K+ - dropped his price. Sure is a nice presentation though.

Wow. That's a smoking deal! Just needs an interior, and exterior overhaul, 2 new outboard motors, probably all new electronics from sitting in the elements. A putty knife to scrap off the mold, algae and moss and she'll be a beauty. It was a $60,000 boat new after all.

"cosmetically burned" for 2000 dollars, how can you resist this deal!

Great project boat for crafty person. If your handy with fiberglass this is the boat for you. The hull is in great condition. I believe the boat is an early 90's-40th anniversary Limited edition.

The trailer should be worth this price.

Agreed! It's practically insulting to even read it.

But CL is free to morons, too.

1984 Renken

260 HP

Aft Cabin
Galley
Enclosed Head

Boat is well worth 2500. Paint job alone cost me 3500. It needs some TLC and to be put back together.
It ran ~5 years ago when I worked on it last.
I have everything except the time and patient to get it back together. Boat is located in the Lansing area but the outdrive and other parts in the Detoit area.

Alot can change in 5 years LOL

Yeah, "moter" ran last time in water...when was that, 1972? At least it looks like he pulled the leg out of the mud in his yard, the trailer appears to be sinking.
At least the price is next to nothing.

Hmmm, I don't think this boat has even seen a GRAGE before, let alone a real garage. If it was in a garage, somebody better call the Wizard of Oz because a tornado took it away.
