Yep just tell em it was abandoned and they will type you a new title on the spot, "oh and I also found this 30' Baja abandoned at the dock, it was just sitting there, no one in sight... so I brought it home too, it can I have a title for that also?"...:eek:

It's not a boat but I love this truck ad. It's been posted a bunch of times over the last few weeks. I'd actually think about buying it and dropping my 4.9 liter straight 6 in it from my 94.

up for sale is my 1993 ford f150 4x4. the truck has 138,*** miles on it. for an engine it has a 302 that runs great and is very powerful. it has a E4od trans it's an automatic. the 4x4 works great but one u joint on the front drive shaft needs to be replaced. I just put a new trans filter in it. i put new front brakes on it when i got it. i just put a different sending unit fuel pump and gas tank in it. the truck has power locks, and windows but the passenger window motor is burned out. it has cruise control that used to work but doesn't anymore i think it's just a fuse. it has a/c needs to be recharged. the truck is not that rusty but there is rust on it. the tires that are on it are not the best.. the big problem with the truck is that it doesn't start without putting gas in the intake. i thought the problem was the sending unit but i replaced it and it still did the same thing so there is only one more thing it could be and that is the fuel filter. the trans also shifts hard when it's could and doesn't like to go in to over drive till around 55 60mph but if you put in some lucas in it it should shift like it was new. the trucks alternater is squecky. the truck also has headers that were done right. and a 3in body lift. i'm asking $500 cash frim. you can send me an e-mail at dirtbiker545@yahoo.com thanks for looking

And I must say that I have one huuuuuge pet peeve with craigs list ads. I really hate it when people post a really low price in the title to catch your eye then add a few zeroes within the ad.

Ohhhh, but the trailer alone has got to be worth $1,000!! That means you're only paying $200 for the boat and motor! Clearly his loss is your gain!! ... wait, I've been reading too many of these ads, and I think I drank the koolaid!

Yes, nice presentation, but it looks like it was rode hard and put up wet,,, and then covered for a few years. Personally, I liked the moss growing under the combing pad and the bag-o-bobbers.

But seriously, $25K for a boat that needs 2- 200HP outboards, that's probably $25K you would need to put into it right there.

towards the bottom of his ad he says that he is only a broker, I wonder if its the owner that came up with the rediculous price and he has no choice in the matter.....although if I was broker and somebody told me to list something at a rediculous price I guess I could say no thank you. - somebody is definitley clueless

Boy that centerconsole boat a few posts back, I agree 26k is 5x more than worth maybye 10x more than worth.....

I would spend $2500 max for unless theres some good news hiding there somewhere....dont see it tho! ..looks like has bad decking....maybye not...either way 2 engines needed and the guy didnt even BOTHER to clean it before the pics...what a fool:eek:

looks like 1k for an outdated boat..with yucky paint and interior..2k more if you want the engine...
strange....why not just sell the boat as is for $3k??????? or $2500 and get on with life lol
