I have recently purchased a bass boat and the I noticed on the bottom of the keel area there are two quarter size gouge marks form what appeared to be from rocks. It looks like the gel coat is the only thing damage. What is the best way to fill the gouge marks. I have seen that Bass Pro Shop has a tube of gel coat paste in white which would match my boat. I think the name is Evercoat, any ideas on an easy fix.

Welcome to iBoats!
You've found the answer. Just sand the spots with 80 grit, clean with acetone, then spread the gelcoat paste. Give it 24 hours to cure. She'll be good as new.

I'm just sayin...:D
