Me and my 2 sons on July 4th this year on Lake Lavon, TX. Unfortunately my season has come to an end for this year. Lake levels are so low they closed all the ramps close to me and I'm not feeling the drive an hour or 45 min just to hit the lake.

Was there in August as well. Probably went by your place, but then, it's a big lake. Our boat is moored on Lake Joe.

I love the bay. We are taking a week off for our honneymoon next week. Can't decide between the Carolina Loop or pulling her up from NC and putting in at Sandy point to hit Anapolis, St. Mikes, Cambridge, Oxford and Galesville. A night on the Tred Avon would be nice followed by a night in Eago Ally to go dancing with the wife downtown.
