do i need to add more boyancy

hi everyone on restoring my dinghy i have added more weight to it seating etc its a fibreglass one single skin with just a built in boyancy in the seat at the front dinghy is 9ft by 4ft should i add boyancy under middle seat and back seat to conteract the weight i have added or should i add it else where

Ayuh,... Welcome Aboard,....

Adding floation foam is nothing but More Weight, til it's swamped...

Buoyancy is only created by displacing water....

If you added too much junk for safe boating, Remove some junk...

Basically what Bondo is saying is you cant add weight .. and put foam to counter that weight afloat..
