Hi All,

Have been restoring a Baron sportsman and have built new transom area.

The deck doesnt drain correctly, what would be the easiest way to get the deck to drain back into the centre (without lifting floor )

Any help would be great

Since boats are not on solid ground and float......... everyone has the same problem. Getting the boats bow out using trim will get the water to the stern and a few left and right turns will direct it to the bilge by the transom. There is no sloping of a boat deck.

Re: Deck drainage issue's

Hi Bob,

I am actually talking about when the boat is on trailer parked on flat surface.

The boat use to have three drain holes, one each corner and one in middle, since some modifcations the corner drain holes are not available. I need to get the water to drain into the middle bilge area and then out the bung.

I was thining some ply wood glassed in but was hoping there would be an easier option.

Cheers
