Crack in splash well

How’s it going! I have a crack in the corner of the splash well thag just appeared last week, it moves a bit if I put pressure on the rear deck but not much if I move the motor around out of water. The crack doesn’t bother me but I want to make sure my motor isn’t going to fall off into the abyss.. transom seems solid but here are the pictures of what’s going on

Looks like old, failing silicone/sealant

I would be very concerned.-----What kind of boat ?----Any more pictures ?---Possible weak / rotted transom.

It’s a 2001 StarCraft, the transom seems to still be solid as a rock. It’s just the one corner of the splash well. Only thing that makes the crack move is standing on the casting deck inside the boat. Nothing from pressure on or off the motor to any part of the transoms makes the gap larger or smaller
