How is it to work with?

It cuts like ply but a little harder on your blades. As there is fibreglass in the board respirators are good.
It absorbs resin really well and is everything that it's supposed to be with the added benefit of zero rot ...ever!
I've been asking about how to join 2 pieces of thermoilte to form a single stringer at 15ft and the best I've seen is a 12 to 1 scarf joint in plywood......and Andy from boat works today recently did a test on the adhesion strength with a few resins and i reckon the scarf with thickened resin will be more than sufficent.....
I'm hoping to get the stringers in this month if my work ever lets up.
