i am so grateful that about a year ago i decided to look up the temp of a done baked potato.


205F i pull at 195 to 200 and wrap in kitchen towel. THey will stay hot enough to melt butter for about an hour.

perfect every time.

since i quit drinking the body is craving the missing calories so making up some of it with a real sit down breakfast every day.

its been good.

still haven't gained back the 15 lbs.

I'm not sure what THAT is in the first picture.
clockwise from the bottom:
half bagel w/ cream cheese, capers and red onion
hashbrowns w/tabasco and ketchup
mixed eggs - crack in skillet and mix until cooked add tabasco
ham
cottage cheese, large curd w/fresh ground pepper. I was out of pineapple as added in todays meal - second pic
