There's several though it's loosely a chemistry joke.

One of the guys prepared an emergency spread for the teams and brought in some venison chilli... Will report back

A lot of H in LPG / propane so when you burn it you get a lot of H2O. I'm familiar because I convert vehicles to run on propane, at this time of year when it's cold and damp some converted vehicle owners worry about their engines if they get more steam out the exhaust from a cold start.

I wasn’t sure if I wanted to post here or I just wanted to share a nice photo.
I just finished a beautiful snack that was delivered by a beautiful friend.
He was at a Super Bowl party last night and stuck these in his pocket for me.
Man I miss eating stone crab.

What no invite?

Spread looks great enjoy
Thanks sir. Party is at 3.

The brisket was actually taken to work for a friday cook out last week (I made a second yesterday but wanted a test audience for my first ever brisket) the company said, and I quote "we like really like her birthday." Since I always do test batches to bring in for them to criticize... never a complaint and you get a spread of differing tastes. They're considering making it a paid holiday since the food test the week before is so good. :ROFLMAO:

I enjoy doing things like that since it does build morale this time of year. It's off season for us so we're in process maintenance mode. And that takes a lot out of everyone so it's nice to get a little win like that here and there.
