This is about a late 80's 16'er.
Floor is shot, 50 Rude motor ? ? ? not necessarily running ?
As a project, likely new transom and flooring, motor questionable, been unused for 9 years.
Ballpark to offer $$$$$ ?????
Just looking for ballpark from anyone familiar.
I really like this model, just looking for opinions.

Hard to say as where you are and a whole lot more variables come into play. Where I am here in Canada, I'd figure 1-2 thousand C, if trailer included. Probably closer to one thousand.

Actually maybe closer to C$2000 after looking on market place and considering the trailer looks pretty good.

Looks like FW use too. No salty looking corrosion ..... (visible).
I was thinking 1200 US , maybe a tad more. Yes, trailer too.

Run a few test sobyou know what is good. A quick compression test on the motor, or having it run will make a big difference. Look for damage or missing rivets. In my area, they are popular boats so with a good motor mabey 2500, if motor is not good, then 12-1500 if trailer is as good as it looks. As mentioned, to many variables....

I'll see if they would let me run a quick comp. check.
Dry pump shouldn't make any difference. Quick spin.
I usually also check firing at the same time. Lektronics aint cheap !
