I know the ACC is good at basketball.....

Also a fairly good academic conference. Most schools are members of the AAU with a few exceptions like the state schools.

Oregon scored less points than I thought that they would due to the Texas defense playing pretty well in the 1st half. I don't dislike Mack Brown, but my worst memory is when he convinced the officials to put a second back on the clock in the Big 12 Championship vs. Nebraska to kick a field goal and win the game. 2007 or 2008 if memory serves.

Oregon scored less points than I thought that they would due to the Texas defense playing pretty well in the 1st half. I don't dislike Mack Brown, but my worst memory is when he convinced the officials to put a second back on the clock in the Big 12 Championship vs. Nebraska to kick a field goal and win the game. 2007 or 2008 if memory serves.

Shades of Bama vs Auburn. Only Mack Brown was a little better at it. :lol:

I made my one emotion pick in the Rice vs Miss. St. and went with Rice. I see I'm not the only one picking brains over brawn. :joyous:

UCLA is takin' care of business against VT. Had a bit of angst when UCLA's Evans muffed the punt on the UCLA 12. The Hokies only got three points out of it.

UCLA Coach Mora almost broke a blood vessel when his punter took a step back and caused a safety.

Too bad UCLA couldn't have gotten hooked up with a better team this year in a bowl game. These bowl alliances are not good.

Hoping Hundley comes back next year. He is only a sophomore so has much to learn still.
