Re: Check out my new ride!
OK, lemme get caught up here, yesterday was crazy and busy for our family, the extra boat hauled home just added to the chaos, ha!
So ya, making mention of this new Sea Nymph may have conveniently slipped my mind over the past month or so here.
(Actually I was just scared to death, so flight/flight kicked in and I clammed up!)
I did shoot her a text as she was on her way home from a girl party of some sort: "Don't freak out, just breath, everything will be all right:joyous:"
Her response....
"Oh no......."
Once she got home she just went to her "happy place" for a little while (yah Charlie, rocking, eyes rolled back...) and all is good!!!:encouragement:
Now, to save my hide I may have made "promises" about this one being the "last one". I've mentioned to you guys that my MBS will likely be cured with this one. Well, that statement now has real teeth to it. Literally:nightmare:

Anyhow, yesterday was absolutely beautiful, amazing bright sun, I think we even got up to 45! So, great day to haul her home. The trip was short and I'm glad. That SN is heavy! All the snow and no doubt completely saturated foam made that boat feel like something much much bigger behind my truck. I was kinda nervous that a tire/bearing might blow or the rusted trailer coupler might give up. All good though, whew!

For sure the Islander stays at the top of the build sheet. With the temps getting more reasonable now I should e able to get back on track there. This Sea Nymph will get pushed back to the dugout next to the 261.
So, for a while, I'll need to sort through all the ideas I have spinning around my head about what I'd like to do with this boat and just be thankful my life was spared :becky:
