Does anyone know how the floors and stringers in a 1986 champion bass boat are constructed - is it wood? I am looking at a 1986 - the floors appear solid but I would like any firsthand experience.
There should be a bilge area that you can get down on your knees and look underneath the deck with a flashlight. Chances are it's wood, covered in fiberglass.
