Wal-Mart has 3M Marine Caulking, I would recommend that.

you can probably just find some kind of silicone caulking that can be used for exterior applications

Be aware that there are 2 classes of marine caulk. One for sealing etc. ABOVE the water and one for Below the water. If you get below the water you can use it either. Life seal is one of the best quality brands, but not cheap.
