Visible in daylight? oh yes they are,but of course many factors will hide them like the suns gleaming light as you drive toward it. A good pair of polarized glasses will help a lot to see this from any angle if you know what your seeing.

Funny you mention that,i once blew out a blade on my prop in wishing well as I drove out the same way I came in,i thought. went to full plane and just hit the top of a rock with one blade in middle of channel, ikid you not it was over 100 ft deep on both sides of this little rock,about the size of a cooler. Broke off the bent blade and drove back on two.Even if you don't like fishing get a fish finder too help in this battle,they have many things to alert you of such dangers right QC?QC said:Excellent advice!!!
