I am thinking of using 3/4 PVC sheeting for a floor in my bass boat. Any thoughts-be kind.

I would say it would work fine BUUUUUUT you will want to cover it and PVC gets brittle from UV exposure and also from cold weather.

Thank Rick, Going to cover with carpet. Not sure how the fiberglass cloth and resin will adhere. I will do small test first. I think I might build the fuel and battery storage out of this material.

just use a good outdoor carpet glue with a notched trowel to lay the carpet over the fiber glass.

watch out for getting too cheap of carpet as the glue tends to come thru the cheap stuff. it gives your carpet a brownish tinge
