I'm trying to find out what boat this is and the model number is too faded to read, I figured someone would know what it is

what does the paperwork say it is? by paperwork, a title/registration/bill of sale

I agree with possibly a MFG...with a shot transom. You can see waves in it where the aluminum bandaid is being pulled through the transom as it twists.

That to me is not safe to use in its current form.

You get what I mean
If it's stolen.....run away and call the authorities. They will do a HIN check and a registration check along with inspection if you go down the "salvage" path

The farmer down the road has a boat in his field that looks like the one in the pics, even the same color although dirty and crud covered, the name on his is a Steury....only going by visual ...

Tanner, you're going to need at least a hand written bill of sale listing the person you get it from name and address, how much your paying and and the date. HIN will make things a lot easier on you. If you try the salvage route good luck. The SS are quite the sticklers with this stuff.
