Bluetooth audio panel. Good enough?

My boat has 2 newish speakers in it but I have zero clue where a head unit is or if one ever actually got installed. Want to add some tunes and I know that there are little FM/ Bluetooth panels that will provide 100w of power which should be enough all over EBay in the $10-15 range. Are they good enough for a trailer boat or do I really need a ‘marine’ radio? I’m thinking I can put some hot glue over the exposed connections

I used one on my Tiki bar outside for years. it finally succumbed to corrosion. so I bought another. I think they were Pyle units.
