It's rainy and just above freezing down here. Two degrees cooler and this place loses it's mind.

That's not really that bad. Your six inches is the same amount as 1/2 inch everywhere else. Since it is in Texas and everything is bigger, the snowflakes just take up more room!

I'd think that us boaters would be for Global Warming , it means:

I don't know what gives, I'm in New England and where having a snow drought right now. I'm a skiier so I want the snow.
We had a storm yesterday, we were supposed to get 6-8 inches... The storm turned into the great fizzle of 2010, we got maybe a dusting.

I try to be careful as well. I'm whining about 30 degrees right now.
A couple of months from now, I'll get bashed for whining about 110.
