I tried to come up with something elaborate, but there's nothing else to say. Doggone, you do good work!

I am fairly new to the boating repair world. I bout an old Wellcraft V20 and have done some work on it, but nothing compared to this.

Outstanding. I am beyond impressed.

Oh, BTW Kagee, I forgot to mention. That HF Sandblaster's best attribute is how well it exfoliates your facial skin. :p Be sure to wear goggles.

And thanks all for your comments. I'll keep postin 'em.

Way to go Boom! She's looking great! By the time this is over you're going to be in the boat building business :)

It is epoxy resin filled with one of these,

http://www.shopmaninc.com/fillers.html

for the purpose of making a non running filler or adhesive.

This stuff.

Mix the epoxy or poly first then add the milled glass, cab-o-sil(fumed silica), glass fibers, etc.

Thats milled glass. I made 9 oz of epoxy 3oz of hardener and 6oz of resin. 2:1 ratio. I used System 3 in the shot. And mixed in 12 oz of 1/8" milled glass fibers to get it that thick. The longer the fibers the stronger the mix but the shorter is smother.
