I personally know someone who has a Volvo SX with a bent skeg and tried to bend it back and it broke. That is why I wouldn't try it. It was bent way less that the OP's.
I think the biggest issue you'll have (other than people pointing at it and laughing!) is resale value. If you decide to keep it as is paint the bare surface to prevent corrosion.
