Adding a console

i have a 15 ft duracraft, 60 inches wide, model 1562, its an aluminum boat, so how do i add a console? how much will it cost all together?

You first need to figure out how to attch a console to your boat. I used aluminium angle screwed to my boats framing. I had to adjust the console's placement a bit to get everything right, but it worked well. The next step is to get the steering and shifter locations worked out, and how to run the cables. After that, weight distribution is critical.

Of course, you could build your own console and save 200 bucks (sorry TD).... Check this thread- my 14' Jonboat is pictured:
