That looks great budski,

I had a 1996 model of the same boat but let it go to get the pontoon in 2006, I built my Sea Nymph to take it's place. I made a dumb mistake and burned the carpet in the back of the Sea Nymph so it needs to be replaced.

Seeing your build has inspired me, I ordered 4 yards of Nautolex last night to replace the floor in the Sea Nymph.

That thing will scoot with the 135, mine was a 40 MPH boat with a 90.

It looks great, man that was a good boat, I convinced myself I needed a lot more room and jumped to the pontoon. I'm watching for a windshield that will work and will add that and a second console to the Nymph one day. Here's a throwback pic of my Starcraft and a good days Striper fishing.

Redesigned the dashes cut out 2 pieces of aluminum same size as guage cluster and stereo on passenger side, covered with carbon fiber along with front of glove box redrilled holes for guages and stereo and reinstalled I think it looks a lot better than the all grey vinyl.

As usual everything is looking great. What did you use to cut out the guages? Hole saw or metal sheers? We use sheetmetal cutters at work on ductwork, but the cut isn't always clean.

That looks great' Budski! Do you plan to leave the side panels off?

When i started tearing mine down my two boys and I commented on how nice it would be to leave them off' it really opens up the boat floor. The sides appeared flimsy without them, but i may have had other pieces removed when we looked it over.

Mine originally had 2 vertical side supports on each side that I left out in my last remodel and the sides did have some flex to them, a couple rivets popped on the outer gunnel trim. I'm adding them back this time around.

Looking at your new pics I think I'm oficially sold on the storm grey Nautolex, that does look good!

I will be rebuilding the side panels, don't like the way they were from the factory, going to make them more flush with the gunnels, that way I will gain at least 2 inches per side.Added 4 led lights 2 in the bow and 2 in the rear sides.

Jeez Bud you just keep churning these suckers out! Looking good and making me jealous as heck. I've been hunting for an SF in the mid 90's to restore but there's none around here for under 10k.

Thanks Water, there were a few for sale in MN, for around 5500 to 7500 all mid 70's kind of expensive this time of the year, considering I paid 6000 for a 2001 17 with a 125 merc last fall
