dont wanna take cap off,i know that i wanna do it right , but cant see takin the top off with my buget, just gonna replace stringers as far as i can get ,run for a season or 2 , keep motor ,then get a better boat "95 larson 194 sei o/b 175 johnson oceanrunner"

thanks,im tryin ,just sent more pics,that make more since,i hope, no really ,the ones with the batt& trailer wheels ??? sorry again no computer skill ,but a finish carpenter i am ,worked in bodyshop for three years helped work on my bosses boat, so at least a bit of fiberglass experience...sorry for all the mix up! nufish floundering...

I'm no expert, but, put a fork in that transom, it's done. Bottom tabs have let go and cracks on both sides.

Need more pics of the consoles, one or both are sagging to the middle of the boat.

Looks like you're in for the whole enchilada. Transom, deck, stringers, foam... that boat is rotten to the core!

Sorry to jump in but new to this forum. I have a 1995 194 Sei that I want to install a bow mounted trolling motor. Any suggestions where I can find a mount to attach to the boat so that I then can install the bracket for the trolling motor?

The cap will have to come off. The window-overlap is your clue.................If it has a ski-locker, get a flashlight in the locker and look forward...More than likely it wo'nt be pretty....
