89 Tracker Magna 17 restoration

Restoring a boat I got a goood deal on last year. She fished fine last year but the floor was rotted and needed replacing. The plan is to gut it down to the hull, find and repair leaks, replace foam, deck and casting deck and add/Improve storage. This is my first restoration and any help along the way will be very appreciated. Maybe start with uploading pics. I keep getting an error message saying invalid file data.
