the top of my sides and bow have a vinyl glue down did your too? if so how did you remove it and clean the glue

Mine was so rotten most of the vinyl was gone. I used an 3M abrasive wheel on my drill to remove what was left of the glue. In some of my first pictures you can see how bad of shape that vinyl was in. I didnt worry about the little bits of vinyl around the rivets because they get covered up by the aluminum trim piece anyway.

I am now trying to find the rub rail insert that will fit. The other side is messed up pretty bad.

looks great mj !!!! what did you ude on the ply/deck is that paint or vinyl??
if you find the rub rail let me know i need like 2 ft,

I used non skid paint on the floor and the sides. I have about 5 ft that I took off of mine that is still good that you can have just tell me where to ship it. A guy sent me a link to some that is similar I just need to measure the width of what I need to make sure it will fit.

Well I finally made it to the water. I still got a few little things to iron out, like getting a windshield, gps/ fishfinder,and recovering my chair, but I couldnt wait any longer My brother in law caught the first fish.

Its just an old catfish. Most of the lakes I fish are full of stumps and dead trees, coming back in the dark last night we found a few. I was surprised I didnt scrape up the new paint, but there wasnt a scratch on it. Rustoleum is holding up pretty good so far.
