Use a circular saw set just shy of the depth of the floor.

I used a c-saw and a pry bar... a small shovel for the foam.

and I found a 4 inch slit in my hull... ground it down, glassed it over, covered with gelcoat and then smeared soem 5200 all over because i'm neurotic

my weapon of choice was a toe kick saw. It allowed me to get pretty close to the hull and cut pretty fast. Just kept it at the same angle as the hull.

picked my new seats today i was happy ...they are not wood frames but plastic no more seat rot!!!

100 bucks plus 20 in gas
