Yeah, we go to a place in Astoria called Buoy 10. It's a blast of a fishing opportunity, but need at least 12 gallons a day if we want to always be where the fish are at any given time of the tide cycle. I want around a 20 gallon.

We did our honeymoon in astoria. Stayed at the best western, before it fell in the river.

I drew a poly line in ACad to get the area per inch.
Check my math, please.

it will never be perfectly flat to fill up to the top of the cap so reduce by 1-2 gallons and call it a 25.

Yeah, I was thinking that because the boat always sits a little lower in the rear.

I plan on installing this mid-section and filling it from the front. The fuel line is at the front of the tank. Would there be anything wrong with extending the line in the tank to the back so it'll be in the deep portion of the tank?

in my very non expert opinion, the juice aint worth the squeeze. If you are that low on fuel you got bigger things to worry about.

i just realized you have a 75 Suzuki - 25 gallons should let you run prob 100+ miles?
That Suzuki's lower unit went out.
You helped me decide on a Johnson and I found a 1994 90hp.
That's what's on this StarCraft now.

cool, a bit less economy i would think, still plenty.

my '84 50 merc on an 18" starcraft gets me and my beer around the lake on 6 gallons - about 30-35 miles. I have a portable 12 but also piped in for a 6 in the bow if i want to run it long, which i plan too next spring. Chattanooga to Knoxville and back.

The tank is much bigger than I need. The measurements fit my boat, and it was $65.
