Just now I see on my Boston TV channel that the Patriots have traded a tight end to The Tampa Bay Buccaneers. Yep Rob Gronkowski is joining his guy in Florida. The G.O.A.T. He is 1 year removed from the game. He has lost at least 25 pounds of muscle mass in that year out of the game I mentioned just that . With all the banned substance testing being done in the NFL he is going to get in the gym. He obviously has started because anathlete doesn't wake one morning and make a decision like that over night. I wish him luck. This experiment is going to be fun to watch if we ever get back on the field. Want to bet Bucc's games are going to get the nationally televised attention this coming season. When ever that is.
6 days cigarette free. We are both quitting cold turkey with some nicotine spray and gum. I am still reaching for cigarettes but they aren't there. We always bought cartons and fuel at our local Indian Reservations. Most are closed now due to this thing we are all struggling through and the gas stations that are open do not sell smokes. Last Wednesday I drove out there to buy a carton for 25 bucks and none were available. I went to our village corner store and asked for 2 pacs. I haven't bought a pac other than the rez for the last 10 years. 2 packages came to $36.50!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I gave 1 to my wife and kept 1. I told Tich when these are gone that's it no more smoking, not in the budget. We were up to a package each a day. That would be $13,322.50 per annum. I have always been motivated by the almighty dollar. Now I am highly motivated to say the least. I know people that pay that a day and have no idea how they can do that. Oh, yea, they don't own boats. I can see myself repowering the 1994 115HP 2 stroke to a 150 4 stroke next year. Wouldn't that be a good motivator?
