I had a senior moment and crossed the battery cables while installing a new battery in my 1991 Trophy with a 150 HP Force. The key was off, but it immediately fried the Converter box. I replaced the converter, and just now started the motor. It's been sitting for several years. It needs a water pump impeller and overheats, so I can't run it for more that a few seconds.
The Tachometer now is inoperative. What else did I blow??
