1990 Force 120hp melted ring/piston?

So after taking the powerhead to two machine shops which actually deal with working on marine engine blocks I was told that its beyond repairable state. The damage to the cylinder is too deep not to mention all 4 would need to be done to some extent...I am forced to look into another powerhead or entire motor. Anyone got one laying around?

Where are the 2 strokers not allowed?
I've been to some impoundments that only let in electric motors.
Saw a jon boat with 3 trolling motors.

Caused me to hit the interweb. Not as bad as scuttlebut had it. Carbed two strokes not allowed on lakes, Tahoe, Cascade, Fallen Leaf, Echo, Skinner, Diamon Valley, and San Luis and San Pablo reservoirs. These are older reports so there are probably more by now. Watch out! California leading the way.
