1990 Carver Flybridge Seats

I can't seem to get the bench seat from the bridge in my 1990 2767 Santego to come free. I've found 2 bolts in the top of the aft cabin, but still the seat is as though it is still bolted down, and I can't see any other bolts.

Any idea why it is still secure, or is there another bolt which I can't find?
Anybody here ever re-do the seats?
