The magnets broke apart on my flywheel and now it won’t run! Anyone familiar with this issue?
If you have an outboard (guessing from the lack of info), the magnets are what induce a magnetic field in the coil.

So you may need a new flywheel, or if you have the magnets, epoxy them back in

Flywheel and stator if damaged and a looot of cleaning as magnet debris get slung around.

I have this same motor. The fuel pump is a small square block attached to the crankcase with two hoses connected. I would not buy a new one unless the casing is damaged. First thing to do is to make sure it's bolts are tight. If it's loose it will suck air and not work. If tightening it does not help then just get a rebuild kit.

My manual states the fuel pump bolt torque is 40 INCH/pounds. That's INCH not foot.

Take it back to the water. Do the same thing you did. Give it gas but this time have somebody pump the primer bulb while running. If it keeps going that means there is still a problem with the fuel pump. Basically, the primer bulb does the fuel pumping.

Omg! Just rebuilt it again! Started right up sounds great!
Put it in the water, running perfect! Going through the no wake. Then I gave it gas, ran fine for for 30 seconds then started skipping and cutting out!😡
Any thoughts?
Look at the fuel system
